In addition to my wellness pursuits, I am keenly interested in travelling, with the goal of exploring every country in Europe. I also enjoy reading business and leadership books. Two of my favourites are Shoe Dog by Phil Knight and The Ride of a Lifetime by Bob Iger, both of which offer inspiring perspectives on building iconic companies and leading with purpose.
On a slightly different note, despite the challenges, I remain an unwavering Toronto Maple Leafs fan, holding onto the hope of witnessing them clinch the Stanley Cup during my lifetime.
Beyond these, I enjoy activities such as cooking, golfing, hiking, and simply being outdoors. Each of these hobbies contributes to a well-rounded and fulfilling life for me.

At the University of Guelph, I created and optimized web assets, led student recruitment marketing initiatives and webinars, and ensured accessibility compliance. At Skyline, I honed my skills producing financial lead-generation materials tailored to a niche investor audience.
I’ve led organic and paid social media strategies for prominent B2C brands, such as Danby, Ken’s Dressing, and Riviana Foods, as well as B2B brands including Ocean Spray Ingredients and Bioenterprise. My campaigns have spanned Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs for engagement, reach, and conversions.
My skill set includes designing social media graphics, carousels, and videos, coupled with proficient photo and video editing abilities.
